APE and Other Things

It has been a while since I've been active on here both through my journal and through postings which I aim to change. I've got a lot of school work that I've been wanting to put up and have been working on some other projects as well. The first 2 of these pieces I just recently posted and I would ideally like to post 3 - 4 images a week.

Also, Nov 1st and 2nd is APE in San Francisco! I'm going to try to have some prints available and some teaser promo material for Cyker which is a collaborative effort with my friend John. [link] And to pimp his work he will be there with a bunch of his work (clearly I'm the lazier of us) and I'm not sure but we might have a 3rd person at our table too. From what I'm told we're on the main floor this year, or lower center floor since 'main floor' makes it sound like it is reserved for important people ;) I mean, yeah we rule!

Well, I wish it was still the weekend for one! It was great chatting with you. Upon looking up fumetti I found it funny that some of the examples on Wikipedia are some of my favortie web comics.

I felt compelled after this weekend and because of Aasa to finally create a DA account. I'll be adding things here and there, so far I've liked the site a bunch. How was the con for you?

I know how you feel man. My body is here..but my brain is back in the weekend. The show was pretty cool. A lot better than I expected. People seemed really into the art from new book 88. Which is a good thing.

I'll have to look up what Wiki has to say about Fumetti. I guess Fumetti is on the right track. Cool.

DA is pretty cool. Lots of diverse artwork. It's a great place to get your work out and get feedback. For the most part the peeps are positive.

I'm going to have to check out your gallery. Keep in touch man. I want to see how your photo/comic/fumetti idea turns out.
